When will my order Ship?
A lot of our items are made by hand by me- as such, manufacturing times are very variable. For all other items, like enamel pins, bookmarks and stickers, processing times arte between 1-5 days. We usually ship twice a week.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies depending on where you are and the type of shipping you select. During checkout you will be able to see the shipping time for your specific item and type of shipping!
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
We accept exchanges for any reason within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
When will I receive my Refund?
In case you prefer a refund, your refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item back in the same condition it was sent.
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit. We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging, so please dont throw them away!
