Howling Wolf Bookends | Resin Wolf Figures on Black Walnut Wood Bases | Direbound book ends

These handmade book ends feature two wolves howling, in black and white- please contact me for other colour schemes! Each set features two resin wolves, captured mid-howl, mounted on solid black walnut wood bases.
Each base includes a black metal insert that will come detached and needs to be slotted into the base.
It will keep even very heavy books upright without sliding. Each of the figures was sculpted digitally by me and hand painted!
The walnut bases are chosen for their weight and natural grain, giving the bookends stability and a warm contrast against the darker resin figures.
They’re built to hold proper weight, so they work just as well for heavy hardbacks as they do for smaller books and journals.
They’re made to be functional first, but they also sit well as a display piece on a shelf or desk if you’re not using them every day.
