Each pair of stretchy red dragon book ends features adorable stretching dragons with open and closed wings, cast in resin and hand painted to bring out the details in bold bright colours! Each of the figures was sculpted digitally by me and hand painted!
They sit on solid black walnut wood bases, which add weight, stability, and a natural contrast to the painted resin.
The wood grain is left visible so each set keeps a slightly different character depending on the piece of walnut used. Each base includes a black metal insert that will come detached and needs to be slotted into the base.
It will keep even very heavy books upright without sliding.
